What did we do today?
- In art, we worked on making a picture of a poppy. They will be a part of the assembly artwork this Friday.
- During journals, Ms. Jones read us a Remembrance Day story and we brainstormed words to make an acrostic poem.
- During gym, we started racquet sports. We practiced hitting the ball using underhand, overhand, backhand and forehand volleys. Then we played a game like squash where we hit the ball against the wall.
- In math, we continued our counting money tasks and played mystery money if we finished early.
