What did we do today?
- For social studies, we researched information about and list the fun activities you can do at each provincial/ national park. Writing On Stone was home to the Blackfoot thousands of years ago. In Lesser Slave Lake, you can go kite surfing. And Lakeland Provincial Park was founded in 1953.
- In art, we took a photo for our The Best Part of Me writing project. We learned how to crop photos using the iPad.
- In music, we journaled about the CBC Music Project. We had to write about what we could do better and what we struggled with. We also watched a couple of other schools entries.
- In math, we are starting subtraction. Ms. Jones showed us three different ways: the traditional way, counting down and using the base ten blocks.
