What did we do today?
- We had two musics today. The first one was the rehearsal with all the grade 3-6's. The second music class we practiced our role in the performance and we watched three videos that had the same tune to them.
- In math, we showed Ms. Jones what we know about addition with bigger numbers, place value and using rounding to estimate.
- We had gym outside today with room 5 at the end of the day, as they missed their gym time due to the music practice.
- In language arts, we started to write our journal entry about what our best part is and why. We used opinion sentence starters to add variety to our sentences and we learned to group ideas in paragraphs.
- Ms. Jones read more from The Wild Robot. Bears attacked her after she stumbled into their cave. She also learned from a stick insect how to camouflage and to stay hidden on the island.
