The Top Two Things We Learned and Did Today:
  • Saa'kokoto came to visit the school today.  We met him in the Whispering Woods and he talked to us about the seasons and how they always have a message.  He told us a story about Napi and Okotoks, where we learned why bats have flat noses, why gophers are so small and if you give a gift to someone, you do not give it back.
  • Before we met with Saa'kokoto we tested our comfy cushions to see how portable they are to carry.  We also wrote a review about our cushions for how portable and comfy they were and how we can still improve them.  These were the questions:
  •      1.What is the purpose of the comfy cushion? (at least 3 purposes)

2.How portable is the cushion?  Is it easy to travel with? (Very easy, didn’t know it was there / did you have to carry it in a certain way for it to be comfortable/ difficult to carry because it was too bulky/ flimsy)

3.How comfortable was your cushion to sit on the rocks in the amphitheater?  (Very comfortable, I didn’t even have to move/ ok, but I was wiggling/ not comfortable and I had to move from my spot)

4.Knowing a bit more about your prototype, what will you do to improve your comfy cushion?  (I want at least one improvement idea, using the materials you were given to design it)
