What did we do today?
- In science, Ms. Jones gave us a sheet with unfinished sentences about how we hear. We had to fill in the blanks using the parts of the ear to explain how sound waves become the sounds we recognize. We also brainstormed questions we want to research for our animal hearing project and we worked on our cartoon selves with animal ears.
- We recorded our CBC Music video today for the challenge.
- In social studies, we continued to research information about the parks in Alberta. Jasper National Park is the largest park in the Rockies. In Lesser Slave Lake Park, the north side of the park elevates up to the mountains.
- We did the big pick up today since we have no school tomorrow.
- In Daily 5, we worked on our journals and the word work assignments we were given.
