  • Transition Day this Wednesday from 9-10 am.  Students changing rooms next year will be visiting new classrooms and their teachers.
  • This Friday we are hoping to enjoy our last Fresh Air Friday up on Nose Hill. Saakokoto will be with us and will share stories of the land and Summer Solstice with each class. We require volunteers for the walk to Nose Hill. If you are able to volunteer, please let me know. We are also planning to have some fun activities up on the hill. We will head up to Nose Hill at 9 AM and return by 11:30.
What we did today:
  • In music, we submitted our songs on GarageBand to Mr. O'Reilly.  Next year, we will be making a playlist with all the songs.
  • In art, we worked on our name kaleidoscope art.  They needed to be symmetrical and coloured with our best colouring techniques.  We could use both markers and pencil crayons.
  • During computer lab, we were assigned Mathletics, where we started statistics and probability.
  • In math, our geometrocity is coming along!  Some districts are finished and many are close to being finished.  We will be starting a new math unit tomorrow.
