October 18, 2018- Testing our soccer skills..... and our limits.

Agenda:
  • read 20 min
  • School fundraiser form sent home with oldest child at school
  • homework: study spelling words-test tomorrow
  • Mark your calendars: Literacy night tonight from 6-7pm.  This is an opportunity for your child to show you what they do in class to improve their reading and writing skills.
  • Randy Bottle (Saakokoto) visiting October 25
What did we do today?
  • We had a catch up class today.  We had time to finish our writing prompt about where we would go with a friend and then had time to work on our Alberta Region pennants.
  • In Daily 5, some groups had to see Ms. Jones for guided reading or book club assignments.  While she works with those students, we worked on word work, finishing our writing or went on Raz-Kids.
  • During computer lab, we went onto our IRIS accounts and posted a photo of work we are most proud of.
  • In gym, Ms. Jones had us perform a variety of soccer skills to mark us for our soccer unit.  We start volleyball next week.
