What are the top five things we did today?
- In math, we finished our addition strategies booklet. After that we had to play a double or nothing game before moving on to a subtraction strategy booklet.
- In science, we went for a walk around the Whispering Woods to observe nature and its waste. After Daily Five we reviewed what we saw and discussed how nature's waste turns back into soil.
- We played spiderman tag in gym using scooters. If the spiderman tagged you you became stuck in the web.
- We did our second school-wide big pickup today where we collected the recycling, one use snack wrappers, paper towels for compost, refundables and food compost.
- In computer lab, we started to put our learning goals in IRIS.
