Top Three Things We Learned Today
- In music we watched the CBC music contest video. We journaled about what we liked and what we could have done better.
- In gym, we played two dodgeball games. One was called Wonka and the other was called Doctor Dodgeball. We learned that we have to work together as a team to protect the doctor and to get the dodgeballs to those sitting on the floor.
- This afternoon, we worked on finishing our snowman chalk pastel art. We had to make sure the picture had a snowman, a moon (which is a natural reflective light source) and shadows. It also needed a background setting.
- We will be singing A porcupine in a Pine Tree at the Festive Evening next week! We started to learn our song and have given our top three picks for characters.
We will be using the skills we have learned with the snowmen art to create a Christmas light art piece- just in time for Festive Evening!
