- Math quiz on multiplication and division this Friday
- Greg Tang spring challenge: This is an optional activity. Students who complete the challenge can earn a certificate and a chance to win a personalized signed copy of one of Greg Tang’s books, as well as a prize from Ms. Cowdy and Ms. Jones. After your child completes the activity, just sign their sheet and send it back to school with them by May 8th.
The Top Three Things We Learned and Did Today:
- In Math: We worked on our practice questions for the upcoming quiz (Friday). We completed many multiplication and division questions in order to master our favourite strategies.
- In Science: We tested some materials for our upcoming house building project. How these materials bend and break was also tested under pulling, pushing and twisting forces.
- In Gym: We played very fun relay races and practiced our team cheering, making each of our members faster and faster.
