The Top Three Things We Learned and Did Today:
- In music, we practiced our Volunteer Tea song with room 5 to prepare for tomorrow's performance. We also practiced two of our songs for the Celebration of Learning next week.
- In gym, we played dodgeball. We played Doctor dodgeball and the regular game of dodgeball.
- We had an Earth Day/Solar Panel kick off assembly this morning. We learned that solar panels do not generate as much electricity on cloudy days or if the panel is snow covered. Solar panels are made out of tiny cells which are placed in modules that make an array of solar panels. We also learned that some solar panels can turn to constantly face the sun. Ours will not, but we were one of only 5 schools chosen to have them installed.
