June 12, 2019- Cars...get ready to roll out!

Agenda:

• Read 20 minutes
• Bring library books back to school asap
• Sun Circle Kick-Off Event after school from 3:30-5pm .  The School Council’s Environment Committee will be hosting a variety of activities in the natural spaces surrounding Dr. Coffin School.  Treats and activities such as a scavenger hunt, orienteering, and planting your own seeds from home will occur. 
• Grade 6 students will be writing PAT exams this week first thing in the morning, please try to be on time.
• Fresh Air Friday this Friday

What we did today:

• In science, we had to finish up our cars for tomorrow's second trial.  If we were finished, we put our car into the "garage".  We then had extra time to finish our social postcards and cereal box book projects.
• In computer lab, we did Raz-Kids.
• For social studies, we had another class to work on our postcards about a Francophone town in Alberta.  We needed to add how the town was named and two interesting facts about it.
• In gym, we played kickball with new teams.
• In music, we worked on completing our songs. If we were finished, we did a write up about the song.
