What did we do this week?

• Today in music, we took out the xylophones and tried to play the song Camilo.  We played the chorus following the notes and beat Mr. O'Reilly taught us.
• In science, we did a scavenger hunt for opaque, translucent and transparent items in our school. We watched a video and then cut out some items to place in our books.
• In language arts, we wrote about a fun place we like to go to.  Ms. Jones told us how to add lots of detail with adjectives and adverbs.
• Yesterday in art, we finished our day/night pieces.  We drew a line 9cm tall with 6B pencils and made a tree.  Then we drew swings with a boy and a girl on it and added the moon, stars and sun.
